BroShield® RB-11 is an efficient flame retardant for achieving the ASTM E-84 flammability test. The high halogen content & low viscosity make it a suitable choice over diols.

BroShield® 5220 is a reactive flame retardant comprising 60% aliphatic bromine. It proves exceptionally effective as a reactive flame retardant for polyurethanes and unsaturated polyesters. Its elevated bromine content, coupled with outstanding light stability and chemical resistance properties, establishes it as a favorable choice over halogenated anhydride flame retardants.

PhosGard® APP-MC emerges as a melamine-coated, fine particle crystal phase II modified Ammonium Polyphosphate, seen in its fine white powder form. Its role aligns with that of an effective non-halogenated flame retardant suitable for water-based coatings, polyurethanes, thermosets, and polyolefins.

Z-LITE® 55 is an antioxidant and stabilizer categorized under both plastics and elastomers. This powder form additive is designed for various polymers including acrylics, ABS, PC, polyesters, PVC, and polystyrenes. It is identified by the chemical name 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-p-cresol. Z-LITE® 55 features odorless properties and comes in cartons. It complies with regulations such as CERCLA, SARA 313, Clean Water Act (CWA) certification, and AIIC (Australia) chemical inventory.

This liquid additive, which is halogenated, is particularly compatible with PVC and polyurethanes (PU). It finds applications in processes like foams and is available in drums. It conforms to regulatory standards such as CERCLA, SARA 313, TSCA (USA), Clean Water Act (CWA) certification, and California Proposition 65.

Z-NOX® 3114 is an antioxidant formulated for plastics &amp; elastomers applications. Belonging to the chemical family of phenols, this product serves as a protective agent against oxidation processes. Compatible with polymers and resins such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonates (PC), polyethylenes (PE), and polypropylenes (PP), Z-NOX® 3114 offers the benefit of low color formation and low gas fade. This essential additive enhances material quality by preventing degradation and maintaining the appearance and properties of plastics and elastomers in various technological uses.
