BroShield® 5220 is a reactive flame retardant comprising 60% aliphatic bromine. It proves exceptionally effective as a reactive flame retardant for polyurethanes and unsaturated polyesters. Its elevated bromine content, coupled with outstanding light stability and chemical resistance properties, establishes it as a favorable choice over halogenated anhydride flame retardants.

PhosGard® APP-MC emerges as a melamine-coated, fine particle crystal phase II modified Ammonium Polyphosphate, seen in its fine white powder form. Its role aligns with that of an effective non-halogenated flame retardant suitable for water-based coatings, polyurethanes, thermosets, and polyolefins.

Z-LITE® 55 is an antioxidant and stabilizer categorized under both plastics and elastomers. This powder form additive is designed for various polymers including acrylics, ABS, PC, polyesters, PVC, and polystyrenes. It is identified by the chemical name 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-p-cresol. Z-LITE® 55 features odorless properties and comes in cartons. It complies with regulations such as CERCLA, SARA 313, Clean Water Act (CWA) certification, and AIIC (Australia) chemical inventory.

Compatible with polymers and resins such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonates (PC), polyethylenes (PE), and polypropylenes (PP), Z-NOX® 3114 offers the benefit of low color formation and low gas fade. This essential additive enhances material quality by preventing degradation and maintaining the appearance and properties of plastics and elastomers in various technological uses.

Z-LITE® 111 is a light stabilizer designed for plastics &amp; elastomers. Its functionality includes acting as an antioxidant and stabilizer in both technologies. It belongs to the chemical family of amines and is known by the chemical name Butanedioc acid, dimethylester, polymer with 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol, also referred to as Chimassorb 119.

Z-LITE® 119 emerges as an exceptional product for PP, PE, and PVC materials. It maximizes color yield, boasts low volatility, and functions as an efficient UV absorber. With its ability to enhance color yield in pigmented systems and its resistance to acidic environments, this product finds utility not only in PP, PE, and PVC but also in styrenics, elastomers, and adhesives.

Z-LITE® 1164 enhances material performance by providing good heat dissipation, making it a valuable choice for improving the stability and functionality of plastics and elastomers in various technological applications.
