STAR MICRO-PAVE AVIATOR® is designed as a premium grade, Asphalt Emulsion (water based) sealcoating that is superior to other conventional mix design sealers. STAR MICRO-PAVE AVIATOR®, as supplied, contains the necessary amount of rubber similar to that specified by the FAA for airfield maintenance. The rubber is “Hot Blended” during the manufacturing process to ensure it is properly fused into the asphalt binder. Cold mixing simply does not achieve the same level of bonding to the asphalt binder particles. The superiority of STAR MICRO-PAVE AVIATOR® has been well established in the field for nearly two decades. STAR MICRO-PAVE AVIATOR® has toughness and flexibility at all temperatures as well as resistance to many chemicals and de-icing salts.

STAR-TRITON® is part of a new generation of pavement sealcoatings that are high performance, effective alternatives, to both refined tar and asphalt emulsion sealers. STAR-TRITON® will perform to the standards you have come to expect from the entire family of STAR sealcoatings. STAR’s formulations use only the highest quality raw materials and STAR-TRITON® is based on carefully selected grades of petroleum resins, minerals, specialty additives and performance boosters, STAR-TRITON® has an extraordinary degree of toughness and water repellency, unmatched by any competitive sealer. STAR-TRITON® forms a tough, durable and flexible coating that protects asphalt pavements from the damaging elements of weather, water penetration, de-icing salts, traffic damage, surface raveling/checking, gasoline and other petrochemical contaminations.

STAR-SEAL SUPREME® is a premium grade, Refined Tar emulsion (water based) sealcoating for jobs that demand only the best performance. STAR-SEAL SUPREME® has the industry’s highest degree of toughness and water repellency, unmatched by any competitive sealer. The “Hot Blending” of catalyzed rubber and select polymers with the Refined Tar in STAR-SEAL SUPREME® greatly improves its durability and overall longevity. Superior water repellency is achieved with the use of specialty chemicals that enhance the water resistance of the cured coating. STAR-SEAL SUPREME® was designed with increased levels rubber and performance boosting specialty chemicals to deliver unmatched performance. STAR-SEAL SUPREME® has excellent resistance to gasoline, oil, chemicals and deicing salts.

STAR® S.O.S. SEALER™ is a latex based coating/primer that adheres to, and seals, oil and grease spots on all types of asphalt pavements. The polymeric matrix and surfactants in STAR® S.O.S. SEALER™ create a tough film that bonds aggressively to the contaminated area. STAR® S.O.S. SEALER™ will allow both Asphalt Emulsion and Refined Tar sealers to bond properly these freshly primed areas. STAR® S.O.S. SEALER™ will eliminate the need for excessive surface preparation that could damage the asphalt substrate.

STAR® GENESIS PRIME RT™ a new generation of high performance, adhesion promoting primers that are offered to serve a diverse set of needs in an evolving sealcoating industry. STAR® GENESIS PRIME RT™ is a water based, 100% acrylic polymer coating that is fortified with specialty chemicals that will promote adhesion to problematic areas in both asphalt and concrete pavements. STAR® GENESIS PRIME RT™ is the FIRST product you should look to when you encounter a challenging adhesion situation over problematic surfaces that need to be sealcoated. STAR® GENESIS PRIME RT™ overcomes the common problems faced every day when working to cover surfaces that have been contaminated by oils, grease, fats, tree sap deposits, fuel spillage and anti-freeze drippings. Also highly effective in priming aged pavements and polished aggregates, freshly patched asphalt areas and concrete pavements that are difficult for sealcoatings to adhere to.
