Starbetter Chemical Materials Antimony Based Flame Retardant Synergist ST-FS-A2T

Starbetter Chemical Materials Antimony Based Flame Retardant Synergist ST-FS-A2T has most formulas are using antimony trioxide (ATO) as flame-retardant synergist in halogen system. Meanwhile, the price of ATO is increasing rapidly and unpredictable and the antimony resource is getting less. It leads to the higher cost for most flame-retardant compounding manufacturers. Replace ATO with ST-FS-A2T, it can not only save the cost, but also decrease content of Pb, As and Hg. ST-FS-A2T can also improve the anti-aging and UV-resistant properties of flame-retardant compounding materials, but ATO has no such good properties. MAH or GMA functional group modifiers are recommended in the formula for good properties. This product is not suitable for PC (polycarbonate resin).
