Applications

ALPHA FOAMER is a new generation ammonium alkyl ethoxy sulfate containing a mix of oligomeric components that gives it unique properties in the manufacture of gypsum wallboard. ALPHA FOAMER provides maximum foaming power in soft and hard water, saturated brine, and gypsum solutions. ALPHA FOAMER is a cost efficient wallboard foamer that imparts uniquely improved characteristics to gypsum wallboard often enabling reductions in other additives. Advantages realized with ALPHA FOAMER are increased compressive strength of the wallboard and improvement in nail pull.
