ALPHA-STEP LD-450 is a ready-to-use dishwash blend that provides long-lasting foam and excellent detergency. The “as is” product matches the performance of the leading, premium dishwash brands. This concentrated blend can also be easily diluted with water to allow the formulator the flexibility of producing an infinite range of cost-efficient dishwash, car wash, fine fabric wash, and general purpose cleaning products.

Storage & Handling
- Storage & Handling
- Normal safety precautions (i.e., gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling ALPHA-STEP LD-450. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided.
- It is recommended that ALPHA-STEP LD-450 be stored in sealed containers kept in a well-ventilated, cool, dry area away from sparks, fire, and open flames. Avoid overheating or freezing. If frozen, mild heat and agitation are recommended to ensure the material is homogeneous before use.
- Bulk storage information: Tanks made of 316 stainless steel or fiberglass with an Atlac 382 corrosion liner, atmospheric storage with a flame arrestor, and fittings electrically grounded are recommended. Centrifugal pumps and piping should be 316 stainless steel. Recommended storage for bulk tanks is 100-120°F (38- 49°C). Equipment should be grounded when transferring or using material.

Occupational exposure can occur primarily through skin contact or via inhalation of vapors and mists. Engineering controls, personal protective equipment, and other workplace practices should be used to control these exposures.
