MERPOL SH is an effective nonionic wetting agent and emulsifier. It has a medium range cloud point (50°C) for use at slightly elevated temperatures.
- Scouring agent: recommended as a detergent in continuous and jig-scouring operations.
- Detergent for hard surface cleaning: Cleans surfaces such as metal, tile and glass.
- Wetting agent for Coatings and Adhesives.
- Lubricant for Rubber part assembly: Concentrations of 0.5-1.0% MERPOL SH in water is recommended.

Storage & Handling

MERPOL SH should be stored in a cool, dry place in closed containers. Normal safety precautions (i.e. gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling MERPOL SH. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided.
