Organic Crushed Tomatoes is produced according to the organic production standards. As for the traditional crushed tomato, it is mainly used for the preparation of main courses and tomato based sauces. The characteristic dimensions of the tomato cube allow the product to blend perfectly with any type of pasta. Tomato pulp is obtained after blanching, extruding and dripping fresh tomatoes.

The main characteristic of our Crushed tomatoes Fine Pulp is the size of the tomato cube, finer than the traditional crushed tomato. Crushed tomatoes Fine Pulpt is used for the preparation of first courses or tomato-based sauces, but many chefs also use it for the preparation of pizzas thanks to a higher density degree. Tomato pulp is obtained after blanching, extruding and dripping fresh tomatoes.

Steriltom Crushed Tomatoes from Long Tomato

Extra Thick Crushed Tomatoes Fine Pulp is typology mostly used by pizza makers. Thanks to its high density, it is easy to spread on the dough without releasing intrusive traces of water. However, it remains a product where the freshness of just picked tomatoes dominate. Everything is enriched with a pinch of salt to give the product a strong and tasty style. Tomato pulp is obtained after blanching, extruding and dripping fresh tomatoes.

Product deriving from healthy and ripe tomato, grown in accordance with the Integrated Production Regulations of the EMILIA ROMAGNA region, without the use of genetically modified seeds, having the characteristic color, aroma and taste of the fruit from which it comes by pressing, separation of skins and seeds and partial elimination of the constitution water, so that the dry residue is not less than 28%.

Ready Sauces are composed by a base of fine crushed tomato with the addition of different types of spices according to specific customer requirements. It is perfect for the preparation of first courses as they are already spiced and therefore ready for immediate use. Tomato pulp is obtained after blanching, extruding and dripping fresh tomatoes.
