Hymo Soy Flex is an emulsified cake and icing shortening that allows the true flavor of baked goods to come through. Cakes are moist and delicious while icings are smooth and creamy. Soy Flex is a domestic soybean based shortening that offers a creamier, more consistent texture, a wider temperature range and contains no tropical oils. Soy Flex, for shortening that's as smooth as silk and consistent from cube to cube.

Golden Sweetex Z Shortening is a premium zero grams trans-fat roll-in shortening that adds a rich golden color and buttery flavor to cakes and icings. It is great for Danish, sweet doughs and other bakery specialties. Golden Sweetex Z is also recommended for use in hi-ratio cakes and icings, as well as fillings.

That's why Stratas Foods, leader in innovation, developed a new process called "Flex Palm" that produces our zero grams trans-fat shortenings.

Alpine Z Shortening is a zero grams trans-fat palm shortening usable over a wide temperature range so you can create higher-volume, creamier icings. It also performs well in highly aerated icings and fillings. With extra smooth Alpine Z, your icings will be brilliant white and easy to use.

Sweetex Golden Flex icing is a zero grams trans-fat premium soybean based shortening that provides higher yield and more volume than traditional zero trans shortenings.
