Grainzyme YEILD is a liquid formulation of concentrated xylanase and beta-glucanase produced from a refined fungal strain Trichoderma reesei. It contains high activities of xylanase, beta-glucanase and abundant side activities, which work effectively on the hydrolysis of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP). Grainzyme YIELD is specially designed for wet-milled wheat starch processing according to the NSP components. It can effectively reduce the starch slurry after mashing, make the gluten-starch separation more efficient, improve the yield of gluten, and improve the purity of A-starch.
