ProBlend

ClearCAPS from SWT Group is a transparent, water based, modified acrylic coating which has been developed to cost effectively enhance a roof’s appearance and performance while being applied at very low film thicknesses. ClearCAPS has been formulated with key raw materials which provide a clear durable surface shield on roofing membranes to improve stain and algae resistance and extend the life of the roof in areas of heavy water ponding, weakened substrate or heavy foot traffic. In granulated membrane applications, ClearCAPS increases the adhesive bond of the granules to the substrate to provide additional abrasion and impact resistance while exhibiting superior flexibility to help maintain the integrity of the membrane. The water-based formulation ensures that it’s safe to apply and easy clean-up while having a minimal environmental impact while standing up to extreme weather exposure. A range of gloss finishes are available depending on application and customer preference.

ClearCAPS

ProFlex by SWT Group is a water based highly flexible white reflective roof coating specially formulated to create a durable protective barrier against all types of weather conditions. In addition to providing blinding initial reflectance measurements of over 75%, ProFlex also provides excellent UV, impact and algae resistance while preventing crack propagation and granule loss in climates with large temperature swings. The viscosity, solids, and overall rheology of ProFlex have been optimized to be easily sprayed or roller applied over granular, built-up or modified bitumen roofing substrates. Superior substrate adhesion and a quick-dry formulation makes ProFlex from SWT Group an excellent choice for new or refurbished roofing systems.

BaseCAPS from SWT Group is an easy to apply, cost effective stain-blocking primer for white silicone topcoats, typically applied to asphaltic roofing materials. Specifically designed for the roofing industry, this water based acrylic primer is a ready-to-apply 1K product which prevents asphalt staining and yellowing. When used as a primer for silicone top coat applications, BaseCAPS matches the performance of industry leading 2K epoxy primers but at a lower cost and significantly easier application process as confirmed through Xenon-Arc testing.

WhiteCAPS from SWT Group is a water based, modified acrylic white reflective roof coating. It has been uniquely formulated for application to granular roofing membranes to enhance the reflectivity, performance and extend the life of the roof at very low film thickness (4-5 mils). In addition to providing blinding initial reflectance measurements of over 75% for California Title 24 “Cool Roof” qualification, WhiteCAPS also enhances the adhesion of granules to the membranes and provides added abrasion, impact and UV resistance to greatly extend the life of any roof. It has excellent stain resistance and bleed blocking properties while remaining flexible enough to expand and shrink with the membrane across all seasons.

CavityPro 400 is SWT Group’s newest addition to its family of water-based rust inhibitors. This product utilizes the powerful rust preventative characteristics of calcium sulphonate without the environmentally hazardous solvents required in traditional corrosion preventatives. Developed with a unique, proprietary, self-healing formulation, CP 400 has both physical and chemical anti-corrosive properties on most metal surfaces and exhibits the ability to prevent rust even in the presence of minor damage to the film. This water-based coating offers the performance, storage stability and sprayability of most of its solvent based counterparts but without the VOCs. Extensive laboratory and field testing has proven that CP 400 water-based rust inhibitor can achieve impressive corrosion resistance at much lower film thicknesses than its solvent based counterparts under many different conditions.

ProBlend 31 from SWT Group is a specially formulated emulsion that allows for high overhead film build while portraying excellent rheological properties for easy application and providing excellent resistance to salt water and air. Formulated with minerals and emulsified oil derivatives to yield barrier properties for the underbodies of cars, trucks, RV’s, trailers and any other application where water resistance is required.

ProBlend 77 from SWT group is a specially formulated bitumen-based high solids rust preventative which will provide years of underbody corrosion protection for all types of vehicles in any environment. This latest offering from SWT Groups’ wide range of rust preventive products provides the additional benefit of superior chip resistance while minimizing road and powertrain noise incursion to the vehicle passenger compartment. ProBlend 77 exhibits superior durability against road salts and most automotive chemicals while standing up well to power washer spray and extreme weather conditions.

CavityPro 300 solvent-based corrosion protection wax from SWT Group is a long lasting, air cure coating which can be spray or dip applied. CP 300 is formulated to exhibit excellent film forming properties while providing superior corrosion protection for direct to metal automotive and industrial applications.
