Polysyn BF 5035 is an unsaturated polyester resin specifically formulated for the manufacture of benzoyl peroxide cured body filler (body stopper) compounds for use in automotive refinish industry. Supplied at 68±2% solid content and a viscosity of 4-8 poises. Has excellent flexibility, easy to sand and file. It’s best for automotive refinish body filler and for smooth texture putty. It is a polyester resin characterized by Excellent cross-linking, therefore easy sanding properties with no tack.

POLYSYN BF 5035

Polysyn RS 3030 is an unsaturated polyester resin designed for the manufacture of glass fiber reinforced translucent or pigmented roof sheets by hand lay-up or continuous sheeting processes. RS 3030 incorporates an acrylic monomer and conforms to industry standard UPR systems for this application. Supplied at 60-64 solid contents and a viscosity of 3-5 poises, RS 3030 has been specifically formulated to provide excellent durability when utilized with the correct grades of fiberglass Matt and/or surface barrier films. Has excellent transparency and durability on fiber glass matt or surface barrier film. It is characterized by Excellent UV resistance &amp; absorption. Cure Characteristics are determined on a 100-gram sample stabilized at 25 degrees Celsius and catalyzed with 2% m/m of 50% Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide (MEKP).

Synacryl ZA 7060 is a hydroxylated acrylic resin that has been developed for the unique characteristics of the African market. Synacryl ZA7060 has been formulated utilizing the latest international technology to provide paint formulators with a multifunctional, twin pack acrylic resin that can be employed in the stated applications. 
Supplied at a viscosity of 60-80 poise and solid contents of 60± 1. Synacryl ZA 7060 has been designed for use with suitable aliphatic isocyanites having an isocyanate equivalent mass of 255 as supplied (191 on solid resin) such as Bayer’s Desmodur N75. Synacryl ZA 7060 is recommended for the formulation of two-pack automotive top coats for all vehicles where excellent performance and durability are a major requirement.

POLYSYN LR 2002 a general purpose Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR) supplied at 60% solid contents and a viscoitys of 5-8 poise, it is a high quality laminating resin with excellent durability. Its best for Fiber glass reinforced roof sheeting, fiberglass moldings, marine, crafts and general motor vehicle body fabrications. It is UV stabilized, flexible UPR suitable for fiberglass moldings.

POLYSYN LR 2002

Sydisperse N40 is a versatile polymeric dispersing agent for a vast water borne coatings, inks, ceramics and rubber latex dispersions. It belongs to a family of products based on acrylic polymer sodium neutralized. It has been manufactured to relatively moderate molecular weight distribution resulting in a consistent product quality with maximum effectiveness. Supplied at a visicosity of 20-40 poise and 36 ± 2 percent solid contents, It is best for Aqueous Pigment Paste, Interior wall paint, Exterior emulsion paint, Ceramic dispersions, Rubber latex dispersions. 
Syndisperse N40 synthethic formulation is ideal for a vast range of water-based coatings. It is recommended for use as supplied by Synresins Ltd. The neutralizing alkali used in the acrylic polymer chain releases sodium during the drying process and thus has less significant impact on water and alkali resistance of the final applications.

Synglaze 2034 is a high molecular weight Pure Acrylic solution polymer which is ready to use in a mixture of aliphatic and aromatic solvents. Synglaze 2034 has been specially formulated for use as a Brick and tile dressing. It also finds use in sealing off dampness and as a bonding liquid on masonry surfaces. Synglaze TP 2034 dries rapidly at room temperature to give a clear, glossy water resistant film. It has deep penetrating properties and therefore offers extreme durability and is not prone to lifting and peeling. 
The gloss is enhanced by applying multiple coats. Supplied as a clear liquid at a Viscosity < 50 at 25 degree C(cps) and percent Solid contents :20+1; It can be applied by Brush, Spray, Roller or padding. Synglaze 2034 can be diluted with White Spirits, Solvesso 100 or Xylene in all proportions. Synglaze 2034 should not be applied to a wet surface. 
Surfaces must be allowed to dry before application of Synglaze 2034.
