After air-drying, film coatings based on Liopur PFL 1964 form soft and elastics films.
Liopur PFL 1964 is suitable as a sole binder and in combination with elastic hydroxy-polyesters
or polyurethane dispersions as 2-pack system for soft-feeling and decor paints.
As combination partner the polyurethane dispersion Liopur PFL 1953 based on a polyester is
recommended in order to find the right balance between price and performance.
As hardeners most wateremulsified polyisocyanates are suitable.
Liopur PFL 1964 exhibits excellent light fastness and resistance against temperature loading of
the dried films at temperatures up to 90°C.
Dried 2C films based on Liopur PFL 1964 show excellent resistance against hydrolysis at
90°C/ 99% rel. Humidity over 7 days (no surface tac kiness)
