Uses

After air-drying film coatings based on Liopur PFL 2392 form transparent films which are tackfree
and display good surface resistance of appr. 50 sec Pendulum hardness after König (90
μm wet film after 24 h drying at room temperature).
Liopur PFL 2392 exhibits good flexibility and elasticity
Liopur PFL 2392 is designed for waterbased 1C basecoats with good humidity resistance and
good adhesion to different plastics due to the hydrophobic polymer character and its good
intercoat adhesion to conventional 2C topcoats
After drying for 7 days at room temperature, films based on Liopur PFL 2392 have the
following properties determined by a Zwick materials test (pre selected force 1N,
test rate 100 mm/min):
Tear strength approx. 10 N/mm²
Elongation on break approx. 200 %
