Antifatigue agent PL-600 is an and-fatigue agent for rubber. Antifatigue agent PL-600

Vulcanizing agent PDM is in yellow or brown powder which is soluble in tetrahydrofuran and heat propanone, insoluble in petroleum ether, chloroform, benzene and water.

Vulcanizing agent TCY is suitable for acrylic rubber ACM, chloroether rubber co, chloroprene rubber ECO and chloroprene CR can also be used for rubber-plastic blending materials. This product has fast vulcanization speed, scorch safety, can shorten vulcanization time, and has good mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber.

SYNTHETIC RUBBER MCSM® is a modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, its airtightness is equivalent to halogenated butyl rubber, oil resistance is better than nitrile rubber, and has excellent aging resistance and high temperature resistance, and various types of rubber Olefin rubber has excellent compatibility. Mainly used for tire sealing layer and rubber products such as oil resistance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance. When used in tire sealing layer, it can be substituted for bromobutyl rubber. Due to its slow curing speed, it is generally recommended to replace 5-10 parts. The combined use of modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber can significantly improve the processing performance of the rubber material and increase the air tightness of the rubber material.

In the carcass formula, it can effectively reduce the amount of resorcinol and corresponding adhesives, and maintain the adhesion between the steel wire (nylon) cord and rubber after aging is better than the traditional meta-methyl-white system, which is helpful to improve product quality, It has obvious effect to reduce the cost of raw materials.

Taizhou Huangyan Donghai Chemical Accelerator M (MBT) is a semi-super accelerator and is widely used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has a wide vulcanization range and can be used alone or in combination with thiocarbamates, thiurams, guanidines and other alkaline accelerators. When furnace carbon black is used, it is easy to cause early vulcanization, easy to disperse, no color, and no pollution. It has a bitter taste and is not suitable for food rubber products. It is mainly used to make tire tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products. It is easily soluble in ethyl acetate, acetone, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate dilute solution, soluble in ethanol, but not soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline, stable storage.

For ethylene propylene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, polyolefin, etc., peroxide is used as the vulcanizing agent, TAIC is a good vulcanization assistant.
