Fracsal MS is a concentrated borate solution that is used to crosslink guar and derivatized guar-based fracture fluid systems. Fracsal MS is added continuously during the fracturing fluid pumping operation. Fracsal MS produces a unique gel structure downhole that is elastic and thermally stable. This product exhibits improved sand transport into fractures, and the ability to re-heal itself and form a stable gel structure after shearing.

Functions: Crosslinking Agent

Chemical Family: Borates, Boron-based Compounds

End Uses: Fracturing Fluids
