Cardiosun™ Cardiosun High Oleic Sunflower Oil RBDW is obtained from traditional non-GMO sources and is extracted from a traditionally crossbred sunflower crop that exhibits much greater stability than other edible oils due to its higher level of oleic (monounsaturated) acid and lower level of linolenic (polyunsaturated) acid. High oleic sunflower oil can be produced to organic, Kosher, or Halal standards and is certified non-GMO. All crops are closely monitored and then processed to demanding standards to comply with Technology Crops International proprietary Crop Assured 365® system of quality control and traceability protocols. Applications include frying, nut-roasting, confectionery items, infant formula and spray oil.
