Tec Star's corporate purpose is the research, design, production and sale of innovative nano-structured materials for the following sectors: mechanical, automotive, ceramic, glass, chemical, textile, aeronautics, plastics and composite materials, including polymeric, industries, and anything else connected or auxiliary to them. It is an activity with great research and innovation content that has as its focus the improvement of the chemical and physical properties of materials and the efficiency of industrial production processes. Tec Star, one of the first Italian companies to deal with nanotechnologies, has contributed to several European projects aimed at drawing up guidelines for the safe use of nanotechnologies in products and production processes (nano-safety).
