TECHNYL® is live globally.  As of now, the entire TECHNYL portfolio, is exclusively produced and commercialized by DOMO worldwide, including the full set of new families TECHNYL ® 4EARTH®, SAFE, PROTECT, RED, ONE, STAR, MAX, SHAPE, PURE and SLIDE. This important milestone follows DOMO’s acquisition of Solvay’s European Performance Polyamides business in 2020 and allows us now to offer market leading solutions which are built on 70 years of polyamide experience also outside Europe.

Sinterline® Technyl® Powders are the first polyamide 6 powder range designed for selective laser sintering (SLS). This solution yields the mechanical and thermal performance required to make 3D parts printing a compelling option for prototyping and low to medium volume production.

Technyl® Star SX 216 V50 is a PA 6 SX series. It has high stiffness, excellent surface aspect and high flow.

Technyl® 34 NG is built on the proven strengths of Technyl® 34NG series, Technyl® BLUE is a wide range of products offering a 15 to 60 percent enhanced hydrolysis resistance versus standard polyamides 66 (PA66). Technyl® BLUE includes a top-of-the-range compound which perfectly meets road salt challenges in low-temperature regions.

Technyl® RED S is a highly heat stabilized polyamide designed especially for automotive applications operating at a continuous temperature of 200°C such as turbo air ducts, charge-air coolers and cylinder head covers. It provides automotive industry applications with enhanced thermal aging stability without compromising part performance and cost-efficient processability. Technyl® RED S allows a continuous operating temperature up to 210°C (at 1,000h) or 200°C (at 2,000 hours). With its new and innovative formulation, Technyl® RED S further improves multiple benefits such as strong impact and resistance to acid condensates, high flowability, superior surface aspect and excellent weldability.
