The Collapro T-3000 is extremely high functional native turkey collagen. Derived from the defatted turkey skin, making a natural choice for poultry applications. High water and fat binding capacity. Collapro T-3000 an excellent product for injection and emulsified poultry products. Collapro T-3000 can be combined with other functional ingredients

Collapro P-5000 is a porcine based raw material, which is produced without destroying the cross-linked collagen chain. Collapro P - 5000, gives a good gelling, avoid syneresis, help optimize water binding, emulsification and foaming stability for dairy products. Further does it give an excellent mouth feel. Is suitable for coarse grounded and emulsified products frankfurter types, salami, peperoni, patties as well for meat substitution. Pre-hydrated or just added dry.
