Terraco

Terraco® Weathercoat GP is a high quality, versatile, permanent waterproofing system for roofs, facades, wet rooms and water retaining structures. A two-component, positive pressure, waterproofing system, consisting of a cementitious based powder and an elastomeric acrylic based resin, it is easily mixed on site. Different mixing ratios will produce compounds with different degrees of flexibility, suitable for different purposes as shown in this table.

Terraco® Weathercoat 412 is a 2-component cementitious acrylic waterproof slurry.

Terraco® Weathercoat 423 is a 2-component high flexibility cementitious acrylic waterproof coating.

Terraco® Weathercoat 431 is a 2-component high performance cementitious acrylic elastomeric waterproof coating.

Terraco® Weathercoat 111 is a 1-component polymer modified cementitious waterproof coating.

Terraco® Weathercoat 241 is a 1-component polymer modified cementitious capillary crystalline waterproof coating.

Terraco® Pluggit 311 is a one-component rapid setting repair mortar which is used to stop water leakages in concrete and masonry. Terraco Pluggit 311 is shrinkage compensated and hence creates a watertight repair even under constant water pressure. Cement based rapid setting water-stop mortar.

Terraco® Flexicoat is a liquid acrylic elastomeric waterproof coating for roofing applications. A one-pack, positive pressure, roof coating which provides a highly flexible waterproof coating with excellent weather resistance and long life flexibility. Ideally suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions. It is applied by brush or spray and after drying can be walked upon uncovered.

Terraco® Flexicoat Thermo is a liquid elastomeric waterproof coating for roofing with thermo reflective properties.

Terraco® Silcoat WB is a specially formulated water repellent for building facades, based on innovative water-borne technology to enable it to penetrate deep into the substrate thereby protecting the building from the damaging effects of water.
