Preparation:
Heat the deionised water to 75°C
Heat phase B to 75°C
Disperse the Sucrathix in the glycerine and add to the water. Hydrate using a homogeniser for 5-10 minutes until it is completely hydrated.
Add phase B to Phase A under a homogeniser at 75°C for 10 minutes.
Move to a propeller stirrer and continue mixing until it has cooled to 30°C
Add phase C followed by Phase D and homogenise for another 5 minutes
Cool to room temperature using a stirrer.
Notes:
On Stability at 45°C
pH: 6.9
Viscosity (spindle 6, speed 50rpm): 2300cps
