Texmark Chemicals DCPD Alcohol (also known as Cydecanol, is a derivative of DCPD that adds an –OH group to form the molecule C10H14). DCPD alcohol contains both an alcohol group and a double bond. This can be incorporated into resins such as vinyl esters, used as an intermediate for fragrance materials, or hydrogenated to the corresponding saturated alcohol.
