Application & Uses

Uses:

  • Creates a bondable surface over aged BUR.
  • Thoroughly penetrates and binds dusty, chalking surfaces.
  • Improves adhesion over metal surfaces.

Applications:

  • Ready to apply.
  • Do not heat.
  • Do not thin.
Surface Preparation

All work surfaces should be in sound condition, free of dirt, debris, loose and/or embedded gravel, unattached coatings & membranes, and other contaminants that may interfere with a good bond.

Application Directions
  • Apply to the properly prepared surface at a rate of 1/2 to 3/4 gallon per square using a medium nap roller, brush or airless spray equipment.
  • Drying time at 70°F and 50% relative humidity is approximately one hour to touch and 4 hours to recoat.
Application Precautions
  • Do not use on 100% rubber or plastic substrates.
  • Do not use on products containing coal tar.
  • Do not use where this product may come in contact with potable water.
  • Do not thin.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Exterior use only.
Clean Up
  • Immediately rinse/flush equipment and tools with water after use.
  • If the material has cured, clean with mineral spirits, exercising all flammable liquid precautions.
  • Use waterless hand cleaner on the skin.
