The Jewel Date Company Zahidi Dates are small-to medium in size, reddish to golden brown in color. It is a firmer and more fibrous date with a mild, sweet flavor.

The Jewel Date Company Diced Dates with Brown Rice Flour are prepared from macerated, California dates. Dates are diced into relatively uniform 3/8-inch cubes and lightly coated with brown rice flour to keep the date pieces separate and free-flowing. Diced dates have a high natural sugar content and excellent sweet flavor.

The Jewel Date Company Pitted Dates are a medium-sized, amber-colored date with the pitted removed. It is flesh firm but tender and are excellent with mild sweet flavor.

The Jewel Date Company Date Paste is produced from Deglet Noor Dates, which are ground and extruded thru a fine plate into a medium textured paste.

The Jewel Date Company Medjool Dates is a large, dark brown, luxury date with a glossy appearance and slight wrinkling typical of the variety. They are soft, well-fleshed and very sweet.

The Jewel Date Company Date Powder is produced by grinding and milling dehydrated Deglet Noor dates into a light tan, free-flowing powder/granule prized for its fruity sweetness and unique texture.

The Jewel Date Company Date Pieces with Rice Flour are produced by extruding dates through a sieve, and lightly coated with finely ground rice flour to keep the date pieces separate and free-flowing. They have a high natural sugar content and excellent sweet flavor.

The Jewel Date Company Date Butter is prepared from fresh, sound, mature dates which have been naturally ripened. The dates are pitted and pureed with the skin removed to give its smooth, buttery consistency. The butter is heated and held at a specified temperature for a precise length of time to ensure product stability. It is inspected throughout the process to ensure conformance with good manufacturing practices. This clean, wholesome product meets all human consumption standards, including all related state and federal regulations.
