Sunlight: Our algae farm located at latitude 39 degree at Mongolian plateau, average annual hours of Sunshine exceeds 3000 hours, it is the best place
for photosynthesis for growing.
Water: The cultivation water pumped from 500 meters underground at desert area, and water contains rich minerals and trace elements, excellent wate
supply for growing algaes.
Air: Our location is in Mongolian plateau with plenty of desert soda lakes, no industry, no pollution, with very clean air.
Tempertaure and Humidity: The average altitude of the region in 3000 meters. It is typical Temperate Continental Climate, with large temperature difference between day and night, may conductive to the accumulation.
Natural Soda Lakes: More than 50 natural soda lakes here, the best source of natural soda for growing spirulina.Greenhouse: Cultivation ponds covered by greenhouse can keep products away from outside contaminations (from acid rains, dirty dusts, pests, etc.)
Management and Technology: We have scientific management, professional technical team, advanced production facility, to ensure us to get stable and quality products.
- Product Flow Chart
-
We built three standard algae breeding and processing bases, with a total area of 400000 square meters, have formed integrated system from the algae breeding to cultivation scale, and to standardized collecting. Spirulina absorb the organic carbon source, nitrogen source, and other nutrients in the breeding ponds of totally enclosed, with adequate sunlight cultivation, through harvesting, drying, and then screening, sterilization, tablet, etc.
