- When Keep agitating at least 15-30minutes to mix well. Heat up properly when the viscosity is increasing.
- Add Toynol ® surfactants at the last step, especially after other surfactants or polymers so that it can be Dissolve and disperse well in the system.
- In order to wet out substance well and against the foam introduced by agitation, it is better to add Toynol ® surfactants earlier than all the dye filling and other solid materials.
- Toynol ® is a multifunctional product which can replace one or more additives in the formulations.
- Under lower temperature, solidification and crystalline of Toynol ® occur during transportation and storage. Heat it up to its melting point, it would turn back to normal state without any impacts.
