Dries in minutes with a very thin film. There is no transfer or build up and can be used as a release agent. It has excellent Lubricity and exceptional mold release for rubber.

Apply Tiolon NFX-20 to any clean dry surface. This PTFE lubricant does not affect heat-sensitive substrates such as light metals, wood, rubber, and most plastics.
- Surface Preparation
Before applying Tiolon NFX-20, substrates to be coated should be clean and dry, free from contamination and residues such as dirt, grease or dust.
- Curing
Tiolon NFX-20 is PTFE dispersed in solvent. It air dries in three minutes and when dry, this lubricant is ready for use. Employ the customary safe guards in storing, handling. Tiolon NFX-20 is supplied in aerosol or bulk form ready to use.
