TRANSGUARD was developed to pass the grueling tests of the road. The constant exposure to salt, heat, friction and grime demand advanced protection. TRANSGUARD delivers. Environmentally friendly, yet road tough, this water-based epoxy is specifically engineered to offer maximum corrosion resistance for parts under the hood, and for years and years down the road.

The ULTRABRITE paint system is the gold standard among high reflectance white coatings. This product line uses a proprietary refractive index modified polymer and is engineered to provide excellent value across the three use cases lighting fixture manufacturers encounter most.

The POWERFOIL system is designed to protect aluminum foil insulation boards. This line up protects against white rusting and oxidation. Its high performance in a thin coat outperforms all competitors in accelerated weather testing.

ARMORGUARD SR with Stain Defender™ premium coating system manufactured by Titan Coatings, Inc. is a high end coating designed for improved scratch, mar, and environmental stain resistance. This exterior system uses a proprietary resin formulation and Titan’s exclusive Stain Defender™ technology to help keep siding products cleaner and looking new longer. ARMORGUARD SR has excellent exterior durability and chalk resistance while maintaining excellent decal adhesion for the RV/cargo hauler and truck trailer markets.

The POWERFOIL DE is a premium coating system manufactured by Titan Coatings, Inc. Designed to protect aluminum foil insulation boards against white rusting and oxidation. POWERFOIL DE outperforms other applications in accelerated weather performance testing. Durable and fail-proof, error-free, and perfect for high speed, tight line applications.

POWERFOIL® DE

ARMORGUARD XD premium coating system manufactured by Titan Coatings is a high end polyester coating designed for warranted exterior building product applications. ARMORGUARD XD uses proprietary resin technology and selected high durability, long-lasting pigmentation. It is formulated for excellent U.V. resistance and weatherability, along with good stain and chemical resistance.

ULTRABRITE ST Premium coil coating system manufactured by Titan Coatings Inc. is a coil coating designed specifically for lighting fixture applications. This interior/exterior system uses a proprietary refractive index modified polymer formulation and a special optical grade of TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide) for optimal whiteness, brightness, and total visible light Reflectance. ULTRABRITE ST is uniquely formulated to facilitate trouble-free, high-line speed and high dry film thickness coil processing and is RoHs approved.

ULTRABRITE® ST

ULTRABRITE PL coating system manufactured by Titan Coatings, Inc. is the highest performing coil coating designed specifically for lighting fixture applications. The proprietary, refractive, index-modified polymer formulation has been upgraded and improved, and a special wax has been incorporated into the formula. As a result, ULTRABRITE PL has a much harder surface than ULTRABRITE ST and is more resistant to hardness of the film. The coating system still maintains excellent flexibility and has our special adhesion modifier to ensure good adhesion to all substrates. A special optical grade of TiO2 (titanium dioxide) is used for optimal whiteness, brightness, and total visible light reflectance. ULTRABRITE PL is uniquely formulated to facilitate trouble-free, high-line speed and high-dry film thickness coil processing.

The POWERFOIL BP is a premium coating system manufactured by Titan Coatings, Inc. This unique coating protects aluminum foil insulation boards against white rusting and oxidation. POWERFOIL BP is durable, fail-proof, and features error-free high speed, tight line application. Rigorously tested for salt spray and humidity, this system outperformed all competitors for durability in accelerated weather performance tests.

POWERFOIL® BP

TRANSGUARD is an environmentally friendly, low V.O.C. water-based coating that provides unprecedented levels of corrosion resistance in a thin film application. Formulated with unique polymer technology, Titan’s water based epoxy has excellent adhesion over aluminum, steel, and galvanized substrates. Optimum corrosion protection is achieved when coated over shot blasted metal or metal that has been cleaned and treated with iron or zinc phosphate. TRANSGUARD is the only water based epoxy primer approved by PACCAR for all substrates.
