Usage Instructions
Use a scrub pad similar to a 3M white pad or a felt pad. Dampen pad with water then apply A-1 Hardwater Stain Remover. Work a small area until stains disappear. Can be wiped with a rag or paper towel, or washed with water or window cleaning solution.
Light Water Stain Damage
In a paint roller pan, mix 3 parts water to one part A-1 Hardwater Stain Remover. Apply with a white 3M scrubber. Rinse with water or window cleaning solution. Do not put the diluted product back into the original container.
Acid Rain, Mineral Deposits And Cement Leaching
An orbital sander set on 11,00-12,00 rpm may be used. For extremely hard stains start with a green pad.
- Coverage
On glass, from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet per gallon, depending on job conditions and actual spotting coverage on each pane. Can obtain better coverage with hand application using steel wool than with power equipment.

Cautions
Be careful not to scratch glass. Change to a white scrubber pad to finish. Always dampen pad and use generous amounts of A-1 Hardwater Stain Remover. Work small areas. Wash area with water or window cleaning solution.
Material Cautions
Test first. Especially on plastics, plastic laminates, or marble, where A-1 is okay to use, but the scrubbing or buffing process might leave scratches. Not recommended for use on optical coatings or lacquered brass. Protect vehicles and surrounding surfaces from splatter.
