Thermoplastics
- Features and benefits: Coupler for polyethylene compounds with glass fibers as well as wood and other natural fibers. Improves the mechanical properties (rigidity, flexural strength, impact strength) and reduces water absorption. Good homogeneity is achieved in PA / PE blends. Good flowability, very effective due to the very high maleic anhydride content.
Recommended additional amounts
- 1-4% additive in delivery form on the total formulation, depending on the fiber content.
- The indicated amounts are for guidance. The optimal amount to be used is determined by delimiting series of tests.
Training and procedure
- The product must be dosed in the main intake of the compounding plant.
