TMC Industries Inc., founded in 1978, specializes in custom distillation as an intermediate or final step of the processing of chemistries within citrus, cosmetic, food, flavor, fragrance, nutraceutical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, polymer and or specialty chemical industries. The distillation services included, but are not limited to purification, deodorization, separation, decolorization, fractionation, and concentration. We process using Centrifugal Molecular stills (CMS) and multi-plate fractionation packed column stills on a pilot or production scale. The CMS technology uses a thin film, short path process that operates under a medium to high vacuum that lowers the distillation temperature allowing for a gentler process. Our 30,000 sq. ft. facility is GMP and Kosher certified.

TMC 705 diffusion pump fluid is a single component (Pentaphenyl trimethyl trisiloxane), clear fluid that is chemically equivalent to Dow Corning® DC-705. Developed for use in ultra-high vacuums of 10-9 Torr (untrapped) and 10-11 (trapped), TMC 705 performs well in high purity metalizing applications where quick pump-down is needed, as well as thermal, radiation and chemical stability.

TMC Y06/6 PFPE Virgin vacuum pump fluid sold in bulk by the pound (lb.). Among the many features, this PFPE oil is non-flammable, thermally stable, radioactively stable, has high dielectric properties, and performs in both high and low temperatures. The presence of fluorine in this oil provides thermal, chemical, and oxidative stability. The presence of oxygen provides imparted flexibility to the polymer chain, excellent flow behavior at low temperatures, and a high viscosity index for linear PFPEs. Due to its chemical inertness it is compatible with plastic, metal, and elastomers, and along with a low miscibility with solvents and water.

TMC 704 diffusion pump fluid is a single component, tetramethyl tetraphenyl trisiloxane, clear fluid that is chemically equivalent to Dow Corning® DC-704. Developed for use in high vacuums of 10-6 Torr (untrapped) and 10-8 (trapped), TMC 704 performs well in tough, rugged applications with quick pump-down, even after exposure to air at high temperatures. It is thermally and chemically stable, which keeps pump jets free of tars, hard carbon and crystallization.
