- Suggested mixtures range from 5% to 10%.
- Use a suggested mixture of 5% to 10% for cleaning oxygen related items.
- The suggested mixtures for support, tear-down, repair and overhaul cleaning processes will range from 10% to 50%.
- We suggest heating the solution from 120°F., to 160°F., when removing petroleum-based oils and grease.
- Heated solutions are not required for all cleaning applications. The cleaner is free rinsing and contains no known hazardous ingredients.

- ASTM F-485 unpainted surface (Al and TI Panels).
- ASTM F-483, a 10% solution was tested on Magnesium panels, the concentrated and 10% mixture showed no pitting or corrosion.
- ASTM F-502 pinted surfaces, no staining or discoloration.
- Adhesive bonding tests showed the BEYOND-2001® as superior for removing silicone grease at 60°C and 25°C.
- Compressed Gas Association (CGA/G-4) ASTM 121 and 122 cleaning effectiveness specification for approved oxygen cleaner.
- Cleaning effectiveness and compatibility tests, (CASTM G121-93, ASTM G122-96, MIL-C87937B).
- Fire Residue Removal (MIL-L63460D, sec.4.9) test results showed 100% removal.
- Test on O-Ring polymers passed.
- When tested to remove burnt-in carbon, lite carbon, cosmoline, oil, and general grease associated with repair and overhaul, passed all contaminant removal tests.
