1. Exhaust dyeing under high temperature
- Dosage: 0.1-1.0% o.w.f.
- Dispersant: 0.5-1g/l
- Acetic acid adjustment PH=4.5-5.5
- Temperature: 120-130℃
- Time: 20-40min
2. Continuous padding
- Dosage: 2-10g/l.
- Other auxiliaries: xg/l
- Temperature: 180-185℃
- Time:30sec.
- Dip & squeeze: pick up 60-100%
3. Single-stage optical brightening & resin finishing
- Dosage: 1-10g/l
- Silicone softener: 10-40g/l
