Softness Evaluation

Showing the result of compression strength test. The pressure is measured until the diameter is deformed by 10% for each particle of the sample. The smaller the number, the softer the particles. The result of flexibility is FS-400>CS-400>D-400>D-800 in order of softness. D-800 has higher-strength because the particle size is smaller.

Flexibility Evaluation

Showing the result of the impact resilience test. This impact resilience was evaluated by measuring the compressibility and restoration rate when a test force of 9.8 mNwas applied to one particle of the sample. The particle diameter is 100%, the compression rate is the rate of particle deformation, and the recovery rate is the rate of particle size restoration. The equal the ratio of compressibility to restoration indicates that the powder has impact resilience. The graph is the value obtained by subtracting the restoration rate from the compression rate. From the graph, you can see that the impact resilience of FS-400 is high.

Note

If urethane resin is added to a formula containing benzoates, the preservative effect tends to decrease, so it is recommended to use it in combination with other preservatives.
