USES

For all mold flanges, edges and hats in cultured marble, onyx or granite production, tubs, showers, spa fabrication, polymer concrete and general polyester molding applications. Any surface where gloss or cosmetics is not a critical requirement for finished part. Sealer on porous substrates (wood, plaster, etc.) for prototypes and mock-ups or in conjunction with PVA sprayed film.

APPLICATION

Apply to desired edge or surface with a clean cloth or brush. Buffing is not necessary or recommended when applied on mold edges or cultured marble hats. Suggest buffing soon after application when used as a sealer or basecoat prior to the application of other waxes or PVA film release. Surfaces that are very porous may require more than one coat. Plaster and various types of wood may require a lacquer type sealer before application of TR-110 or PVA.

STORAGE AND PRECAUTIONS

Flammable liquid, store in a cool dry place and keep in original unopened container. Keep away from spark, open flame or other sources of ignition. Use in well ventilated area.
