We source our organic dried banana from the Philippines, Costa Rica, Ecuador, India and Guatemala. We partially own a project in Mindanao, the Philippines where we helped to obtain the organic certification, and here we process banana chips. From this project we can supply organic banana flour, which is a great ingredient for baking and thickening soups and sauces. We can provide our organic banana chips in different cuts and sizes. Our banana chips are a tasty snack and can be packed straight or used in snack mixes and trail mixes. Our banana chips are available as chips, chips broken, chips quarters, dehydrated 10x10 cut, dried coins, dried whole and vacuum dried.

Also known as tapioca starch, our organic cassava flour is sourced directly from our project in Vietnam. This gluten-free starch is ideal for thickening soups and sauces, and can also be used in bakery goods such as cakes and brownies to add a spongy texture with a firm bite. We supply different types of organic cassava flour (DE43, DE27, DE35), as well as cassava syrup.

Our organic sweet potatoes are grown in Mexico. After harvest, a flour is produced from the whole organic sweet potatoes which has a naturally sweet flavor, making it an ideal gluten-free alternative to wheat. Our organic sweet potato flour can be used in many bakery products such as cookies, brownies, pies and cakes. It can also be used for direct retail packing. As well as organic sweet potato flour, we also supply a syrup made from organic sweet potato. This syrup is a great alternative sweetener and can be used in many different products. We can also supply organic sweet potato powder.

Our organic tigernut is grown in West Africa and it is processed into organic tigernut flour in Spain. Tigernuts are officially not a nut, but the roots of the tigergrass plant. Tigernuts are becoming a popular superfood and the flour is often used as a gluten-free alternative to wheat flour. We supply whole peeled organic tigernuts for retail packaging and also offer organic tigernut flour in different grinds. Tigernut flour can be used in cakes, cookies, pancake mixes and many other bakery products.

Our organic project in China is situated in the mountains of the Qinghai region. Also known as wolfberries, our organic goji berries grow on bushes at an altitude of 3000 meters which is ideal for organic agriculture due to the reduced risk of insects. After harvest, the berries are sun dried at our facilities. Before shipment to Europe berries are tested micro-biologically and checked for pesticide residues in accredited European laboratories to ensure organic integrity and food safety.

We source our organic nopal flour straight from Mexico. Providing a mild, green bean flavor, this cactus is commonly used in Mexican cuisine and it is rich in vitamin C and minerals. Our organic nopal flour is made from the whole nopal cactus and can be used in bakery products, such as tortillas, cakes, pies, etc.

Also known as the Inka nut, we source our organic sacha inchi from Peru. Native to tropical South America, the sacha inchi plant produces a beautiful star-shaped flower. Our organic sacha inchi powder is made from the seed of this flower. Often praised as a superfood, sacha inchi seeds are a source of fatty acids, with a mild nutty flavor and can be used as a supplement in bakery products, smoothies and shakes.

We source our organic beetroot products from various origins in Europe and North America. Beetroot is a popular ingredient in juices, smoothies, soups and sauces, and is also often used as a natural colorant in a variety of food items. We supply organic beetroot juice (NFC), concentrate and puree. We can also supply organic beetroot powder made from whole beets which are dried and milled.

We supply organic pineapple from Costa Rica, India and from our own sourcing project in Vietnam. The variety of pineapple that we source from Vietnam is of the Queen variety, and our Costa Rican pineapple is of the MD2 variety. With a natural sweet and acidic taste, our organic pineapple is a great ingredient in juices, smoothies, purees and deserts. We supply organic frozen pineapple dices and chunks (IQF), as well as organic pineapple concentrate.
