Cold Break 36/38 is a tomato paste made from fresh and ripe tomatoes, without colorings and preservatives. Product obtained with fresh tomatoes, sorted-washed. After concentration of mashed tomatoes under vacuum, the paste is sterilized and filled in aseptic bags. Odor and taste characteristic of fresh tomatoes with homogeneous texture, without peels, seeds or foreign bodies.
