Tree Top Fruit Ingredients Apple Sauce

Tree Top Fruit Ingredients Apple Sauce is made from apples that have been properly ripened, washed and inspected. The apples are then conveyed to specially designed machines that chop and sieve to remove peel, core and seeds while spray injecting ascorbic acid. The raw product is then cooked by either indirect heat or steam to finish the process. Ascorbic acid is added to provide 100% U.S. RDA Vitamin C and preserve color. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure the product is in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
