Preparation: 1. Heat water to 60-65oC, then disperse Ucare JR 400 under propeller agitation. Continue heating to 70-75oC while adding remaining phase A ingredients. 2. Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75o. 3. Add phase B to phase A, mix until uniform, then homogenize until smooth emulsion is formed. 4. Begin cooling batch while propeller mixing. 5. At 40oC or below, add phase C
