Galsoft TiLS is suitable for oil based formulations such as shower oils, shower gels, bath oils, bath lotions, shaving oils, hand wash oils, hair care products or any other oil based formulations.
Usage Guidelines:
- Galsoft TiLS is mixed with suitable vegetable oil at ambient temperature using overhead agitator to achieve clear solution.
- To this mixture, suitable fragrance/ additives, pre-dissolved in sufficient quantity of vegetable oil is added and mixed carefully to get clear transparent Shower Oil.
- Recommended usage levels: 40-60 %, based on final formulation.

- Galsoft TiLS is a clear, low viscous, yellow to amber colored liquid. This technology is mainly developed for shower oil and related oily formulations featured with EO-free, sulfate-free, superlative foaming and high natural index claims.
- It is specially developed with sustainable, mild and non-toxic ingredients for gentle cleansing of dry, itchy and sensitive skin including babies and infants.
- Galsoft TiLS differs from existing oil-soluble surfactant blends available in the market wherein toxic, petrochemical based, environment polluting and non-sustainable ingredients are replaced by a synergetic blend of sustainable Glyceryl esters of fatty acids and amino acid based surfactants.
- Galsoft TiLS is an excellent alternative to MIPA laureth sulfate-alkanol amide-ethoxylated alcohol combination that has been known to cause skin irritantions.

Galsoft TiLS is available in 200 Kg blue HM-HDPE Drums. Total of 80 drums i.e. 16MT can be shipped in either palletized or non-palletized 20 ft. full container load.

- Storage and Handling
- Store the material in a clean and dry place at 20-30°C away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed under nitrogen atmosphere and avoid moisture, strictly. Use entire product, once the carboy is opened. In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested the shelf life of the product is at least one year.
- Product may solidifies, if stored at ≤ 10°C. If it solidifies, it is recommended to keep HMHPDE carboys/ IBC in hot room/water to raise temperature of the product to 20-30°C (avoid direct heating). Stacking should be maximum 1+1 carboys.
- Follow general safety practices and occupational hygiene. Use appropriate personal protective equipment while handling the material. Follow safe procedures for loading and un-loading of product.
