Polychem Zilch is a non-caustic, non-silicated, phosphate free, zero VOC, zero HAP, non- flammable, biodegradable cleaner for steel, steel alloys, galvanized steel, stainless steel, plastic, enamel and other substrates. Polychem Zilch can be used to clean tanks, docks, loading areas, floors or walls in any facility.

Polychem Zilch can be used in spray washers, ultrasonic tanks, pressure sprayers or by hand. All applications must be followed by APPLICATION PROCEDURE a water rinse.
- Application Procedure
Dip Tank or Ultrasonic Unit
Clean the solution tank. Add water to the operating level and use from ambient to 160°F. Add suffcient amount of Polychem Zilch to make a working solution of 5-25% by volume. Mix well and heat the solution to the operating temperature and process cleaning. Maintain concentration of the solution by frequent addition of the product to assure consistent performance of the product.
