UCC Shchekinoazot Caprolactam Second Gradealso called as hexamethylenimine, lactam of ε-aminocaproic acid. having molecular weight 113,16, melting temperature is 69-70°C, instrumentation temperature is 267°C, density is 1,02 g/cm3, caprolactam is well soluble in water and organic solvents, with acid and alkalies water solutions is hydrolysable to ε-amino caproic acid – H2N (CH2)5COOH. The crystals are white in color. Main raw materials for caprolactam production are benzene and phenol.

UCC Shchekinoazot Methanol Grade A having molecular formula СН3ОН also called as methyl alcohol or wood alcohol, methylhydroxide, monohydroxymethane is a Colorless transparent liquid with a distinctive odor similar to ethyl alcohol and temperature limits of fire propagation 5 – 40 deg С and Concentration limits of fire propagation 6,98 – 35,5 % (vol.) has infinite water soluability. Industrial Methanol is produced by catalytic synthesis from Carbon and Hydrogen oxides.

UCC Shchekinoazot Oleum is the solution of sulfuric anhydride SO3 in the sulfuric acid. Oleum is a heavy oily liquid. In case of its reaction with water, much heat is evolved, smoke is evolved in the air. Oleum is used for sulphonation of organic compounds and for sulphuric acid transportation.

UCC Shchekinoazot Ammonium Sulfate having the molecular formula (NH4) 2SO4 has a molecular weight of 132.14. Ammonium sulfate contains 21% nitrogen as ammonia and 24% sulfur as sulfur tetraoxide (form 21N-0-0-24S). It has white rhombohedral crystalline substance. Ammonium sulfate is easily soluble in water 38% solution is largely used as a liquid or mixed fertilizer. Ammonium sulfate is prepared commercially by reacting ammonia with sulfuric acid (H2SO4) with further recrystallization. Ammonium sulfate is often received as a co-product of cyclohexanoxime synthesis by a Beckmann rearrangement during caprolactam production.

UCC Shchekinoazot Sulphuric Acid (Grade K) is a Colorless, odorless, non-combustible, visco-oily hygroscopic liquid. Sulphuric Acid is soluble in water, is highly active when interreacting with reducing agents, organic matters, metals, alkalies, is an aggressive media for non-ferrous metals and light steels (at 90% concentration). At temperature 340°C sulphuric acid degrades into sulfur dioxide (SO2), sulfur trioxide (SO3) and sulfurous gas.
