Ultraseal Rexeal 100 Recycling Sealant Rexeal 100 is the market leading recycling sealant, offering unrivaled sealing performance and significant commercial and environmental benefits compared to conventional non-recycling sealants. It is formulated to allow material washed from the surface of the casting to be separated, recovered and reused for processing. The product provides a number of performance, cost saving and environmental benefits compared to non-recycling sealants. Rexeal 100 is designed for sealing porosity in metal castings and powder metal parts and provides best-in-class chemical resistance against lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluid, antifreezes, refrigerants (R134) and acids.

Ultraseal Electroseal 40 Sealant is an impregnation sealant designed to seal leak paths in electrical/electronic components and cables. It is highly moisture resistant and has excellent flexibility to aid component installation and withstand vibrations in operation. In the cured state the sealant shows high resistance to industrial fluids such as motor oils and hydraulic fluids. Sealed components remain dimensionally unchanged. Benefits It offers all the process advantages of thermally cured sealant and impregnation process cycle times are typically 10 minutes.
