REPREVE® Recycled Nylon 6 opens up a world of possibilities for companies wanting to use recycled high-quality nylon materials. For every 1 lb, of REPREVE® Nylon, 77,000 BTU'S (British Thermal Units) are conserved, equivalent to 0.6 gallons of gasoline. Pre-consumer fiber waste is collected. Collected waste then enters a unique material conversion process where it is reformulated to produce a first quality REPREVE® Recycled Nylon 6 chip. REPREVE Nylon 6 does not contain post-consumer plastics.
