We are a third generation, family-owned business operated from our headquarters in Cedar Brook, New Jersey. We retain the same dedication we had when we were founded in 1963 as a manufacturer of Roof Cements, Coatings and Packaged Asphalt.

Our reputation for producing the highest quality products made to order for our customers is important to us, but that doesn’t mean we are content to rest on the status quo. Since our founding, President Mark Umosella, Sr. has added Tapered Edge, Elastomeric Coating, Industrial Cutbacks (Highway & Roofing), and Industrial Coatings to our manufacturing capabilities.

DEL-VAL 300 SILVER SEAL FIBERED ALUMINUM is a protective metallic shield that extends the life of asphalt and metal roof surfaces. Del-Val 300 Silver Seal Fibered Aluminum Coating reflective surface protects the roof’s surface from destructive overheating and actinic deterioration.

DEL-VAL 111 NON-FIBERED ROOF COATING is a non-fibrated asphalt coating that is used to prevent moisture penetrating through foundation walls and protecting a variety of roof surfaces. After the product is applied it forms a smooth flexible shell that helps resist the entrance of moisture through foundation walls. On the roof Del-Val 111 Non-Fibered Roof Coating forms a weather resistant film that has excellent adhesion to most roof surfaces.

DEL-VAL 120 FIBERED EMULSION COATING is a fiber reinforced asphalt based clay emulsion coating designed for both brush and spray applications on a variety of roof substrates. This product has excellent resistance to water and cures to a tough durable finish.

DEL-VAL 100 QUICK-DRY ASPHALT PRIMER is a general purpose penetrating asphalt primer that is used to help adhesion in all types of surfaces prior to the application of hot or cold asphalt coatings.

DEL-VAL 112 BLACK SEAL RUBBERIZED ROOF COATING contains a blend of SBS rubbers with solvent based asphalts and reinforcing fibers which forms an elastomeric coating. Del-Val 112 Black Seal dries to a tough, durable, flexible coating that gives excellent performance over a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.

DEL-VAL 230 MODIFIED RUBBER SEALANT (WHITE) is a single-component, thermoplastic rubber mastic formulated for protecting seams, penetrations and other detail areas over metal, wood, EPDM, APP, TPO and Hypalon. Del-Val 230 Modified Rubber Sealant (White) provides a waterproof, durable, seamless flexible weather resistant membrane with excellent elongation, tensile strength and UV protection.
