Uses

• Del-Val 100 Quick-Dry Asphalt Primer is designed for use as an all-purpose utility prime coat for concrete, masonry, gypsum, brick and metal surfaces, where roofing, waterproofing, damproofing and other asphalt coatings are applied.
• Do not use with TPO, EPDM, PVC or other single-ply membranes.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be clean and dry and free of any oil, grease, dirt and all other foreign matter.

Product Application

• Apply to a clean dry surface using a brush, roller or heavy duty spray equipment.
• For best results weather should be clear with no threat of rain for 24 hours.
• Drying time varies with weather conditions.

Coverage

Apply at a rate of approximately 1 gallon per 100 sq.ft depending upon absorbency and type of surface that is being primed.

Cleanup

Clean tools with Del-Val Orange Cleaner & Degreaser, taking necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.
