Universal Colorant Company Diamond Black has 50% of carbon black content in its composition that makes it suitable for use as the black pigment in many plastic applications. The masterbatch is available in industry according to different requirements of the clients including UV protection, conductivity, jetness, etc in the end products. This type of masterbatch is mostly preferred due to its high surface area that further increases with the decrease in the particle size. We have varieties of black masterbatches that have particle size ranging from 10 to 120 nm. Major application areas of this masterbatch are blow molding, injection molding, HDPE pipes and mono filaments.

Universal Colorant Company UNICOL-CC is the polymer less Masterbatch. It cuts your cost, as Unicol – color concentrate contains high pigment loading from 40 % to 85 % depending on color and final application. So by adding 50 % to 80 % colorant than polymer base master batch. This is how you can save a considerable amount of your present color cost.
