Novodor® is a foliar applied, Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. tenebrionis insecticide specialized for Colorado potato beetle and Elm Leaf beetle control. DiTera® is a microbial nematicide derived from the microorganism Myrothecium verrucaria. DiTera acts by selectively controlling plant parasitic nematodes that affect the root systems of many economic crops including vegetables, tomatoes, cole crops, grapes, stone fruit, citrus, nut crops, bananas, pineapples, turf, and ornamentals.

PinCor® is a highly effective plant growth regulator containing aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG). PinCor inhibits the biosynthesis of ethylene in plant tissues. On pineapple, ethylene is responsible for inducing flowering, a key stage in fruit development.

Activol® is a gibberellic acid (GA3) plant growth regulator registered for use on table grapes, tomatoes, and potatoes. A highly effective growth promoter, Activol is used to increase size and quality of fruits, vegetables and other crops. It is essential for optimum growth and development and plays a role in the regulation of other plant processes such as flowering, seed germination, dormancy and senescence.

ProTone® contains s-abscisic acid (ABA), a plant growth regulator found naturally in plants. ProTone enhances color development in red table grapes by initiating the rapid accumulation of red pigments into the skin of the berries. ProTone-treated grapes have a natural appearance and maintain good quality at harvest and throughout shipping and storage.

ReTain® plant growth regulator contains aminoethoxyvinylglycine (HCL), a naturally occurring substance that temporarily inhibits ethylene production. Ethylene affects plant processes such as fruit set, maturation, ripening, and abscission. By inhibiting the production of ethylene in developing fruit, the entire maturing process is slowed.

ProVide® is registered in the Americas, ProVide® is a mixture of two gibberellic acid (GA) plant growth regulators: GA4 and GA7. ProVide conditions skin cells in apples, making them more elastic and able to withstand extremes in moisture and relative humidity. ProVide is used to improve fruit finish by reducing russeting and other physiological skin disorders such as flecking and scarf skin. Applied late season, it suppresses the incidence of cracking in Stayman apples.

XenTari® is the world’s only biological insecticide containing a natural, potent strain (ABTS-1857) of the microorganism Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies aizawai (Bta). It controls caterpillar pests on vegetables, fruits, nuts, row crops, and turf (specific registrations vary by country). XenTari is proven to provide exceptional control of key problem pests such as armyworms and diamondback moth larvae. As a native Bt strain, XenTari contains insecticidal toxin proteins that are typically found in other Bt subspecies (typical Bta and Btk). XenTari features a balanced blend of four potent toxin proteins and a spore, targeting key pests at levels few biological products can match.

Regulex® 10 SG is a mixture of two gibberellic acid (GA) plant growth regulators: GA4 and GA7. Regulex is used to improve fruit finish by reducing russeting of Golden Delicious apples. When applied from early petal fall until 40 days after full bloom it conditions the skin cells of apples, making them more elastic and able to withstand extremes in moisture and relative humidity. In Europe, Regulex is also used to set fruit on pears when a frost occurs during bloom.

DiPel® is a biological insecticide containing the naturally occurring microorganism Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies kurstaki (Btk). For the manufacture of DiPel, VBC selected a proprietary, high yielding Btk strain (ABTS-351). Globally, DiPel has become a cornerstone insecticide in many IPM programs as it offers high quality, cost-effective, broad-spectrum caterpillar control on more than 200 crops, including vegetables, fruits, nuts, vines, cotton, oil palm, and corn. Specific registrations vary by country.

BioNik® plant growth regulator is a 25% formulation of s-abscisic acid (s-ABA) tailored for hybrid seed corn production. S-ABA is one of the five classes of plant growth regulators naturally present in plants, and controls numerous plant growth processes including dormancy, fruit ripening, fruit set, fruit coloring, abscission, germination, and response to stress conditions.
