The production area of the Wuppertal plant covers more than 10,000 square feet. All raw materials used are verified to be Halal and/or Kosher, and all final blends are certified according to the Halal and Kosher requirements.

The antimicrobial effect of BOMBAL® is originated from its powerful ion donation ability. The presence of such ions creates a hostile environment for bacteria to grow. Apart from its antimicrobial effect, BOMBAL® also effectively controls the outgrowth of Listeria monocytogenes and Clostridium perfringens.
